We are pleased to announce The Applied Materials & Interfaces Forum : Breaking Boundaries Through Multidisciplinary Science , co-hosted by the Jilin University and ACS Publications. The forum will be held on May13th, 2026, in Changchun, China.
Dedicated to the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Jilin University, the ACS AMI Forum under the theme “Breaking Boundaries Through Multidisciplinary Science”, will be held in Changchun on 13th May, 2026. Co-organized by Jilin University and the ACS Publications, the forum will bring together Editor-in-Chief and editorial board members of ACS journals, as well as distinguished experts and graduate students from leading disciplines at Jilin University, the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry (Chinese Academy of Sciences), and the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics (Chinese Academy of Sciences).
Through keynote lectures, graduate student flash talks and poster sessions, the forum will showcase cutting-edge research across multiple dimensions, ranging from applied materials, interface science, nanotechnology, and functional devices to energy conversion, biomedicine, and environmental engineering. Designed to foster a focused, inclusive, and open environment, the forum aims to stimulate innovative thinking, establish a high-quality interdisciplinary platform for global exchange, and promote substantive collaboration among research institutions, academic journals, and early-career researchers.
