Overview

Water treatment plants are dynamic operations influenced by fluctuating quality, varying plant conditions and increasingly stringent environmental regulations. Online process analyzers allow plant operators to visualize critical analytes by moving titration and photometric analyses into the process. This integration enables faster decision making and proactive adjustments to achieve optimum water treatment performance.

During this interactive livestream event, Jana Safarik, Principal Scientist at Orange County Water District, will describe the impact that real-time water quality control has on the overall treatment process. Together with Kraig Kmiotek, she will give a practical demonstration of how online process analyzers can be used to visualize and optimize process control.
