Overview

Many USP monographs still refer to manual, visual endpoint titration methods. Automatic titration, as an alternative method, can be used if it is fully validated and produces comparable results to the manual method. In fact, the USP has already provided compendial tools for replacing indicators with potentiometric electrodes and converting manual titrations to automatic titrations. This webinar will show you how to make the conversion of existing manual titrations to automatic titration seamless.

Dr. Ernest Parente, Principal Scientist at Cardinal Health Regulatory Sciences, will give recommendations for converting USP manual titration procedures into automated titration procedures. He will discuss how to implement the USP compendial tools to demonstrate equivalence between compendial and alternative methods.
