  • Overview

ProteinSEQTM, a qPCR-based ultra-high performance assay platform, enables easily customizable quantitative assays with high sensitivity, dynamic range, linearity, recovery, precision, and assay robustness. The system combines semi-automated magnetic bead-based protein antigen extraction with quantitative real-time PCR as readout. Its many advantages in assay workflow, robustness, and technical superiority make it an ideal assay platform system for ELISA replacement and streamlined bioprocessing. This study describes the use of customized ProteinSEQ assays in several quantitative applications in which the same ELISA capture/detection antibodies used on the ProteinSEQ platform resulted in orders of magnitude improvements in assay performance.
