ACS MARC Records are available to libraries via the open access CC BY-NC-ND 2.0 License. In short, this means you are free to use and share these records as long as you cite the source and you do not use them for commercial gain. These may be modified for an organization's own usage.

As a courtesy, ACS MARC Records are made available to OCLC. They may or may not choose to use the ACS record in their collection management products. We invite those interested in using OCLC's automated services to contact OCLC directly for support.

ACS Books and References are typically acquired by purchasing or leasing an entire year(s) or collection. Consult your ACS Account Manager for assistance determining which years and books/references are available at your library. In the listed downloads, you will find an individual MARC record for each book. Inside each zip, the file names are based on the DOI suffix of each book.
